National Institute of Recycling has like objetive to collaborate with the authorities to establish in the country a legal frame that facilitates the implementation of integral handling local and industrial solid residues, taking care the technique and feasible economy, the purposes of which one becomes partly of the same life of the citizens.

To generate alliances and communication channels with authorities, to jointly develop with different groups interested in the same thematic education and environmental sensitization, which will have to go generally directed to the public.
